El Celler de Can Roca restaurants are traditional Catalan but extremely creative and innovative. Celler Can rock boasts of a 60,000 cellar. Wait times at the 45 seat restaurant are an eye-popping 9-11 months. A new month becomes available at midnight at the first of each month. The 3-5 hour, 14-course meal experience cost an average of $405. A prepaid deposit of $385 is paid upon confirmation in order to hold the seat.
